From booking to the last quiet minute, in four steps.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a session and a day on the booking page, or call us. Please ask your doctor or midwife before you book; we go ahead with their say-so.

Step 2: What to bring
Comfortable clothes for afterward and a bottle of water. After the birth, bring what the baby needs, and a second adult if the baby comes along.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come a few minutes early to settle in. There is parking on Monterey Street and a step-free entrance. Check in at the desk and we will bring you through.

Step 4: What to expect
We start with a short talk about your pillows, your pressure and anything to leave alone. You lie on your side on a padded table, under a sheet, and we stop whenever you say.
